Prior to founding Accounted For, Leanne worked in retail and industry, working her way through various positions in accounts from purchase ledger clerk, to management accountant, to financial controller for a large multimillion turnover international company teaching degree level accounts at the AAT in Cardiff city centre. Leanne is a chartered accountant (ACCA), fellow member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), member of Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA) and Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB).
Leanne Eustace is an expert in accountancy and business. As an author and speaker, she is known for her passion and enthusiasm as an entrepreneur, chartered accountant, and finance tutor. She is also a Sage advisory board member and business owner, with over 20 years’ experience in a range of sectors and extensive knowledge of tax, planning and structures.
Leanne is an extremely motivated and determined woman on a mission to empower and inspire others to follow their dreams. She is perfectly positioned to demonstrate that understanding and planning your numbers is fundamental to being successful in business and she uses honest, transparent and relevant skills to help others achieve their goals.
Leanne has strong multitasking capabilities, both professionally and personally.
As a wife and mum to four boys and two dogs, she tackles washing mountains and toy tornados. She conducts herself with compassion and empathy, and is known as a happy, positive, fun, beach-loving appreciator of gin and cocktails and collector of shoes.
Role: In charge of sales and business development

Prior to founding Accounted For, Lee worked from a young age. Whilst still at school Lee helped on the local farm, he washed cars and vans, worked in a box factory and as a general labourer for his father’s building company. He was a lifeguard and swimming teacher (still qualified and a volunteer coach) and has developed properties.
Lee has a degree, Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) and is working towards a masters with Cardiff University Leadership & Management Course. As a business owner for more than 15 years he has helped hundreds of businesses with their development, growth, strategies and goals.
Role: All accounts past & present, system set up and client reviews
Personal: Family focused, likes curry and loves cricket
Over the past 10+ years Rhys has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in accounts, navigating the most change this industry/sector has ever seen.
He has helped put the right systems in place for hundreds of companies ranging from start-ups to large multimillion-pound turnovers companies and groups of companies.
Rhys looks after the day to day operations of the company and team, ensuring the correct people are working on the appropriate tasks and making sure services are reliably delivered (and more).
Role: Looks after the office(s), team and the company
Personal: Family focused and a great sense of humour
Zuzanna has been an asset to the company since day 1 and is now the office manager. It was clear her ability to multitask, absorb and retain information was outstanding. Combined with her approachability and soft skills she really looks after the team, company and clients.
Trusted by all, Zuzanna consistently finds the best way to look after everyone’s best interests. Zuzanna has been referred to as the fountain of knowledge and is always there for the team, or clients, when they need her.
Role: Specialising in Management Accounts, VAT Investigations, Cashflow analysis and aid to the payroll team
Personal: Likes football, pub quiz and a pint
Andrew worked in industry before moving into practice with Accounted For and over the last 5+ years established himself as the go-to-person for accounts and payroll trouble shooting. Andrew regularly works on queries and has a wealth of knowledge.
Clients that have worked with Andrew consistently praise his professionalism and value his all-round ability to help them interpret figures.
Role: All avenues of personal and complex tax queries
Personal: Outdoor, fun loving and family focused
Heidi is a chartered accountant and enjoys working with clients and assisting them through tax queries. Clients and our team working with Heidi benefit from years of experience and expertise.
Heidi is well known for being compassionate and genuinely caring about her work which helps and benefits both clients and the team.
Role: Accounts and Payroll Apprentice
Personal: Loves football, chess and puzzles and games
Euan is friendly and outgoing and has settled into his role as Accounts and Payroll apprentice with ease. He is currently studying AAT and with mainly A*s and As, we’re sure it won’t take him long.
Role: All payroll systems
Sharon began her accountancy career in 1997 starting out in tax and completing her ATT qualification a year later. She soon moved into the payroll field where she has built her career to today, gaining her Certified Payroll certification and HR Diploma along the way.
Sharon enjoys the fast pace of the payroll department and is a real asset to our team.
